By entering the Competition You hereby accept these
Competition Rules and the Terms and Conditions.
The current photo contest is open to all amateur and
professional photographer above 18 years of age.
Photographs will be judged on originality, technical
quality, composition and relevance with Theme or Categories, after qualifying in
the first round the images will be placed in public voting pool.
Voting
Qualified images will be available for voting from the beginning of any contest.After voting is complete, winners name will be posted in the winners page.
Copyright
Copyright of the image remains the property of the photographer. Entries must be
submitted by the original photographer. Do not submit a photo taken by someone
other than yourself. You must be the owner of the copyright of any image
submitted. Your submission of the photo and entry form is your guarantee that
you are the author and copyright holder of the photo.
Privacy
Entrants agree that personal data, especially name and address may be used by
the Current Photo Contest in order to verify the participant's identity, postal
address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant's
eligibility to participate in the Contest.
Liability:
All entries are sent at the entrant's risk. The CPC is not responsible any kind
of technical or mechanical malfunction of any telephone systems, computer
on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software
failure.
Current Photo Contest has the right to Cancel or Suspend Contest any time, if
the contest is not capble of running as it was planned.
